Update on the surgery

Well, they took John to the operating room at 9:30 and his surgery is complete now; he's in the recovery room and doing well. Heather should be able to see him within the hour.

They prepped Nic around 11:00 (not positive on that time) and took him to the OR around 1:00. They have the bone marrow part of the surgery finished and plan to being the actual transplant surgery in the next 30-60 minutes. They expect to be done with Nic between 5:00 and 6:00, although no one can see him until two hours after the surgery.
