Sigh...the last weiner roast of the season...

Last Saturday night, we babysat Jacob, Grace, Elisabeth, and Silas. Earlier in the week, Greg asked what they wanted to have for supper. Their enthusiastic reply was, "A weiner roast!!!" (The number two choice was breakfast casserole). :) So, we had a weiner roast. It was really a great night to have it, and we all had a good time. They even got to sample some of our 'grilling cheese!'

Everyone wanted to roast their own hot dog (Surprise, surprise)

Mmmm...s'mores!!!

Later in the evening, we pulled out our 'surprise fun thing' for the night...edible Legos! Jacob, Grace, and Elisabeth each got a pile of them and started building. I think Silas just ate his. :)

and one of the 'finished' products! :)

After the edible Legos, (and everyone playing with Polly Pockets), Jacob went downstairs to play with the real ones, Grace and Elisabeth played with American Girl dolls, and Silas did some puzzles and then played Candyland with me. Max just kind of sat and took everything in while Greg was watching him. :) We had a super time!
