A few weeks ago we met up with Nate and Steph for a Sunday evening together. We visited Grandpa W. at the nursing home, then picked up KFC and went to a park for supper and some fun. It was great!
Tirzah loved the Clifford toy, but did NOT like being on the ground. Not on the grass, not on the woodchips. When I set her down, she started crying and held her hands up to me as if to say, "Mom, they're dirty!" Annika, on the other hand...
...was as happy as a clam crawling around!
Tirzah was fine as long as she had something to hold onto so she could stand up.
Cheese!
Max loved climbing all over the playground equipment.
Like I said...not too happy sitting on the ground.
It's a monkey on the jungle gym!
Sitting on Mommy's lap is much, much better!
Anni loved being up on the bridge and looking down...
...almost as much as she loved going down the slide! Nate would put her on her belly, going down the slide feet first. If he set her down at the top of the slide, Anni would scoot herself back until she was sliding. She LOVED it!
After we were done at the park, we finished off the evening at Culver's for some dessert. Love that frozen custard!
This is what Tirzy looked like when we got home. I guess we tuckered her out!
We'll have to do it again when the weather is ready to stay warm, Ramquists! :)
